For the second consecutive year, the National Education and Research Network (RNP) was nominated to compete as one of the three finalists in the “Best Support Team of the Year” category of the HDI Brasil Trophy. The award is held annually by HDI Brasil, an institute focused on the best global practices and service science. The announcement of the big winner will take place during the HDI Experience 2022 event, between the 21st, 22nd and 23/9.

In the first nomination, in 2021, RNP's Integrated Service team was classified as one of the top three in the country, running alongside Senior Sistemas and RD Station.

In 2022, RNP's Customer Service competes with the Service Desk of Grupo Boticário (Stefanini) and End User Technology Services, of Serasa Experian.

RNP's Integrated Service manager, Francisco Júnior, is on the list of confirmed speakers for the event, with the theme “Speaking from people to people - Happiness is a benefit for all employees”.

According to him, the nomination is the result of a work of many years. “What sets us apart is our team's passion for making a difference to our ecosystem. We know why we are here, we know where we are going”, declared Francisco Júnior.

RNP's certification in the HDI Support Center Certification (SCC) was awarded for the first time in 2017, and renewed in 2020 and 2022. The certification is based on the HDI Standard for Support Centers, developed by a commission of specialists from around the world. The title is awarded to a small group of companies from the most varied sectors, but all have in common a service committed to excellence, efficiency and quality. RNP's final grade was 3.47 out of a maximum of 4.0, one of the highest ever achieved in Brazil.

In 2022, the HDI Experience follows the hybrid model concept. The event will be virtual and in person, during the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of September. The face-to-face part will take place at the Club Med Resort - Lake Paradise, near São Paulo.
