For the fourth consecutive year, RNP will be responsible for taking care of the entire operation and monitoring of the Unified Selection System (Sisu) in cloud environment. The first edition of 2023 will take place between the 16th and 24th of February and unlike the last few years, when the responsible team was allocated in Campinas, this time, the infrastructure will be set up in Brasília.

So that everything happens in the best way, without the system going through any instability during the registration period, RNP will count on the partnership of GigaCandanga, metropolitan education and research network, part of the RNP System, which serves research and higher education institutions in the Federal District region, and the BR. Digital company in providing very high capacity Internet links.

First to arrive and last to leave

As in the last editions, an RNP team will be mobilized 24 hours a day, starting on 2/13, guaranteeing 100% availability of the Sisu website. The forecast is that the works will be closed on 2/25, one day after the end of the registration window.

Migration to the cloud

From the partnership with the Ministry of Education (MEC), RNP migrated Sisu to a cloud environment in 2020. The infrastructure has high computational capacity, elastic, scalable and enjoys benefits such as agility, security and stability.
