RNP announces the projects selected for the 2023 Network Monitoring Program

RNP released, this Monday (05/08), the result of the call for proposals for projects related to monitoring and analysis of networks. The initiative is part of the Network Monitoring Program (PMon) 2023, which aims to promote technological prospecting in the measurement area.

The two selected projects were:

Title: Troubleshooting and Correction of Monitoring Data in MonIpê for Performance Prediction

Proponent: Prof. Rafael Lopes - UECE

Title: Study of Deep Learning Techniques for Reproducing Network Monitoring Data with Anonymization Guarantees

Proponent: Prof. Antônio Rocha - UFF

The Network Monitoring Technical Committee (CT-Mon) was created by RNP in 2011 to monitor the main technical-scientific advances in the area, through technological prospecting. The objective of the program is to foster continuous interaction in the academic community so that inputs are provided, both conceptual and practical, for the evolution of the services offered by RNP, such as, for example, MonIpê.
