RNP made a presentation about the For Platform  during the schedule of the 2nd Ordinary Meeting of the National Forum of Pro-Deans of Planning and Administration (Forplad), held between August 3rd and 5th, at Cidade Universitária Dom Delgado, of the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA).

The organization's participation took place on the morning of 8/4, with a lecture given in partnership with the Ministry of Education (MEC), represented by the project manager, Fabio dos Anjos, to contextualize the For solution and present the facilities and improvements that RNP added to the project, since it took over about a year ago.

“At the opportunity, we highlighted the main improvements in the platform and its PDI and Risk modules, in particular adaptation to the LGPD, changes in access security, responsiveness for use on tablets and cell phones. We also demonstrated the new ForRisco that should go into production in September 2022”, says the analyst of the Specialized Digital Services Unit (USDE-RNP) Claudio Cunha.

RNP's presence at the meeting is part of the strategy to disseminate the For Platform to the Federal Institutions of Higher Education (IFES), which are entitled to use the solution free of charge. The technological tool assists in the creation of the Institutional Development Plan and in Risk Management, supporting institutions to comply with the MP/CGU Risk Management Standard No. 1/2016 and CNE/CES Resolution No. 3.  So far, 32 federal universities and 13 federal institutes have joined the platform.

“The event was very important for us to establish a closer relationship with the Pro-Deans of Planning and explain the improvements made to the ForPDI and ForRisco solutions, and the benefits that the partnership between MEC and RNP offers in terms of technical support and courses, improving the user experience with the For Platform. The interested contacts received after the event already demonstrate how positive RNP's participation was”, emphasizes the Business analyst of the Deputy Board of Management of Solutions of RNP (DAGSol) Manoela Albuquerque.

A similar presentation is scheduled to take place at Forplan, in September this year. This event will bring together the Pro-Deans of Planning of the Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology (IFs).
