The Redecomep Program - Education and Research Community Networks – it implements high-speed networks in the metropolitan regions of the country connected by RNP Points of Presence (PoPs), and in countryside cities with two or more federal educational and research institutions.
Connectivity
Quality connection in the countryside enables remote education, telemedicine, virtual laboratories, etc.
Self-Sustaining
Consortia among participating organizations ensure their own optic fiber infrastructure.
Collaboration
The connection allows participation in collaborative scientific and research projects.
