The Director of Engineering and Operations of the National Education and Research Network (RNP), Eduardo Grizendi, was re-elected as President of the Board of Directors of the Latin American Cooperation of Advanced Networks (RedCLARA), for the exercise of the position in the next two years, 2023-2024. The announcement was made at a meeting held on 1/30.

“I am very honored to assume this position again and I know that we have a lot of work ahead of us”, stated Eduardo Grizendi.

In an annual meeting of RedCLARA held on 12/15 in virtual format, the names that will compose its Board of Directors and Audit Committee for the 2023-24 fiscal year were announced.

Board members are Eduardo Grizendi (RNP, Brazil), Juan Pablo Carvallo (CEDIA, Ecuador), José Palacios (REUNA, Chile), Luis Castillo (RAU, Uruguay), Carlos Gamboa (RedCONARE, Costa Rica), Paola Arellano (REUNA, Chile) and Luis Vargas (CEDIA, Ecuador).

The deputy director of Engineering and Operations at RNP, José Arivaldo Frazão Junior, was chosen for the Fiscal Commission, in a completely renovated structure, which will also be integrated by Eduardo Grampín (RAU, Uruguay) and Danny Silva (RedCONARE, Costa Rica).
