Public call for proposals for the 2022 RNP Forum launched
The National Education and Research Network (RNP) launched a public call for proposals for the construction of the RNP Forum 2022 programming grid. In its 11th edition, the event this year will take place in virtual format on 8/30, 8/31 and 9/1. Proposals can be sent until 7/8 to the e-mail forum.programacao@rnp.br.
As in previous editions, RNP opens the space for the teaching and research community to propose topics of interest and need that may be included in the event's programming. The objective is to promote debate with the community about the future of ICT in the education, research and innovation scenario in Brazil.
During the three days of the event (8/30, 8/31 and 9/1), the trails will address subjects that have “Cybersecurity and privacy” as their guiding thread. Those interested in collaborating with the program can make a proposal related to the following axes:
• Innovation (products, services, processes, practices, etc.);
• Management and governance;
• ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance)
• Leadership and people development;
• Advanced networks;
• Web 3.0;
• Technologies applied to education and health (cloud, identity management, automation, artificial intelligence, etc.);
• Security and privacy.
Proposals will be analyzed by 7/11 and confirmed by 7/20.
About the RNP Forum
The National Education and Research Network (RNP) annually holds the RNP Forum. The meeting that addresses political and strategic issues in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector with a view to the future of the technology networks and infrastructure that make up the national ST&I system. Based on this theme, it promotes a broad debate on the use and management of ICT for purposes of teaching, research, innovation, health, culture and defense.
