RNP's Point of Presence in Amapá (PoP-AP) holds, in online format, the third edition of the State Network Technologies Workshop (WTR-AP), on 10/6. The event is aimed at managers and technical teams in the ICT area of the main public and private teaching and research institutions in Amapá and the program will feature lectures on machine learning, information security and education and technology in the northern region of Brazil.

“Another edition of our biggest event in the state of Amapá and we always try to bring an overview of technological trends to the region, always in different contexts. Whether directly related to networks and telecommunications or the intrinsic relationships in education, in the social axis or governance policies. We always aim to bring the state of relevant issues in technology closer together. This year, we bring machine learning related to SDN, protection and prevention of cyber attacks, the relationship between technology and education for the North region of Brazil and, finally, the use of data protection policies in accordance with the LGPD in the country. Our expectations are high in bringing all technology professionals in the state closer to RNP, as well as the academy with students and researchers in the area”, says the technical coordinator of the PoP-AP, Samir Patrice.
