- 19/07/2022

This year's edition will focus on debating cybersecurity and privacy

Registration is now open for the RNP Forum 2022. As in the last two editions, this year's event will also be 100% digital. The free meeting will take place from August 30th to September 1st. To sign up, click here

Every year, RNP (National Network of Education and Research) convenes a team of specialists in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to discuss with the community the future of networks and the application of these technologies in teaching, research, innovation, health, culture and advocacy.

After discussing the uses of ICT in health in 2021, the RNP Forum will address Cybersecurity and privacy, a topic that has been gaining relevance, especially since the enactment of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD), in 2018.

The program will be divided into three main axes: management, innovation and technology - and will feature lectures, panels, workshops and flash talks on topics as diverse as people development, web 3.0, artificial intelligence and automation. The aim is to promote knowledge about safe ways to protect data and encourage resilience in organizations in relation to cybersecurity.

As the democratic space that it intends to be, the RNP 2022 Forum called on the community to contribute with proposals for the event's schedule. The latest suggestions were received in early July. Soon, the result of this public call and the full schedule of the event will be announced. Stay tuned and visit the event hotsite.
