Norte Conectado
Its purpose is to expand the communications infrastructure in the Amazon Region, through the implementation of a optical fiber network launched in a sub-river environment, with a view to expanding Internet access in the region. More information

Nordeste Conectado
The Nordeste Conectado Program is an initiative of the Ministry of Communications (MCom) for the expansion and internalization of high-speed networks in the Northeast Region. The first phase will build metropolitan networks in 19 hub cities in six states in the Northeast: Bahia, Ceará, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Piauí and Rio Grande do Norte. More information

Educação Conectada
The pilot project of the Connected Education Innovation Policy (PIEC) aims to give autonomy to teachers in the adoption of technologies for education; encourage student protagonism; expand access to quality educational resources; and encourage the training of teachers and administrators in pedagogical practices that promote the use of technology. Connection to the Alcântara Launch Center
RNP will connect the Launch Center of Alcântara and São Luís (MA) to Fortaleza (CE), today the largest submarine cable hub in Brazil, with interconnections to the USA, Europe and Africa, through a submarine cable and a terrestrial optical network, driving scientific and technological development in the region. Internet Brasil Program
Created through a provisional measure in December 2021, the text of the Federal Government Program was sanctioned and became law 14.351/22 at the end of May 2022. It will deliver mobile broadband chips free of charge to thousands of students enrolled in basic education in the public school system registered in CadÚnico. More information

Internet Connection to Schools
The Federal Government project has the objective of locating and implementing Internet connectivity solutions, by identifying and contracting private providers (ISP – Internet Service Providers), for public schools that do not have adequate connections for the integral management of their actions in education. Alunos conectados
The Federal Government's initiative, in force until June 2022, provides and monitors mobile data packages for students in conditions of socioeconomic vulnerability of Federal Institutions of Higher Education, for the development of their academic activities, outside the campus of their educational institution, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. For Platform
The technological tool made available in the cloud by the MEC, with the support of RNP, assists in the creation of the Institutional Development Plan and in the Risk Management of the institutions of the Federal Education Network. More information

Digital PNLD
The project provides for the redesign of processes and modeling of a proposal for a technological solution in a cloud environment for the National Book and Didactic Material Program (PNLD), where books will be made available in digital format. More information

The National Platform for Research Infrastructure MCTI was modeled and developed by RNP with the objective of systematically mapping and gathering information on research infrastructure in Scientific, Technological and Innovation Institutions (STIs) in the country. More information

AdaptaBrasil
AdaptBrasil MCTI has the objective of consolidating, integrating and disseminating information that will make it possible to advance analyzes of the impacts of climate change, observed and projected in the national territory, providing subsidies to the competent authorities for adaptation actions. Ebserh
The Identity Management Technical Committee (CT-GId) aims to make technical recommendations and present a vision of the future about subjects related to identity management, which have deserved the attention of researchers in Brazil and abroad. Some analyzed scenarios are healthcare applications, cloud and test federation, authorization and authentication research and system interoperability.
