RNP service is consolidated among the best in the country

At the beginning of this year, RNP renewed the  HDI Support Center Certification (SCC), first obtained in 2017, by means of a process that carries out s strict audit in eight knowledge categories (Leadership, Strategy and Policy, People Management, Resources, Processes and Procedures, People Satisfaction Results, Customer Satisfaction Results, Performance Results).

The certification is based on the HDI Support Center Standard, developed by a committee of specialists from around the world. The renewal, in addition to proving the continued excellence of the provided service, generates great credibility among customers day after day.

The title is granted to a small group of companies from the different sectors; however, all of them have the service committed to excellence, efficiency and quality in common. RNP's final score was 3.3 out of 4.0 maximum, one of the highest ever achieved in Brazil.

“The certification has very relevant in the market and once again, it recognizes that the work carried out by the entire team of GAI (Integrated Service Management) is of extremely high quality and relevance. We were evaluated in several categories and considered qualified to be among the best teams in the area. In addition, the high score obtained in the certification entitles us to participate in the award for Best Service Team of the Year, which will take place in June 2020 in the city of São Paulo”, the IT analyst Murilo Santos, who led the process for RNP, says.

The improvement in the score endorsed the evolution of the provided service, according to the Integrated Service manager, Francisco Junior. “Compared to 2017, we evolved in all assessed subjects. This evolution is reflected in numbers; in 2019, we had more than 60,000 calls with positive satisfaction index above 95%.”
