The ESR concludes, this month, the activate of the pole of training in the city of Maputo, in Mozambique, Africa. This will be the first pole outside Brazil and aims to bring the knowledge of the Brazilian academic network experts for the African continent. The action is the result of a partnership between RNP and the Mozambican academic network, MoRENet.

The first remote training for technical universities of Mozambique will be programed for the period from 21 to 25 of September with the monitoring of the instructor Afonso Neto, from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. The theme "Penetration Testing Web Applications" will be worked on. The pole of training in Mozambique has an excellent infrastructure of classroom,  with capacity for 25 students.

During the tests for activation, the technical team of ESR broadcast a day course between Porto Alegre (RS) and Maputo, to evaluate the quality of audio and video. According to Lino Khalau, from the MoRENet, the experience was great. "I look forward to marking the next class within the cooperation Mozambique and Brazil for training technicians to the same level from MoRENet as well as the focal points of beneficiary institutions in the network," he said.
