Security Projects in Networks and IoT meet in Natal

- 15/10/2018

Wondering how researchers in Brazil and the US are working together to use vital human body data in user authentication? This will be just one of the Information Security projects in Computer Networks and Internet of Things (IoT) presented during the International Cooperation Workshop on Cyber Security (WCISC), on the 22nd.

The event is part of the program of the XVIII Brazilian Symposium on Information and Computer Systems Security (SBSEG), which this year will be held between October 22nd and 25th, in Natal (RN).

In its second edition, WCISC will bring together representatives of projects approved in the RNP-NSF Cooperation Program on Cybersecurity to present the preliminary results of its studies. Projects from the Brazil-European Union Cooperation Programs that share the Security theme will also be presented. The WCISC programming also includes a pitch session, during which suggestions for topics will be collected for future cooperation programs.

Registration for the WCISC end next Wednesday (10/17). Visit https://sbseg2018.imd.ufrn.br/index.html and participate!
